Job summary

Xplor Technologies in the United States is seeking a Leader of Product Operations to build the operating system for AI governance, adoption, and commercialization. You will own the shared measurement layer, cost visibility and executive cadence that aligns product, engineering, finance and leadership to strategic outcomes.

This hands-on leadership role requires building the function, partnering across teams, and delivering decision-ready narratives that drive AI-enabled value and sustainable

Qualifications

8+ years in product operations, or related roles in a SaaS/tech company, with senior level experience.
Experience building KPI frameworks that tie product/delivery data to outcomes like adoption and revenue.
Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to present data and tradeoffs to executives.

Responsibilities

Own the measurement and board scorecard with a named owner and data sources.
Measure AI-enabled productivity and adoption across the portfolio and link to business outcomes.
Govern the Data and AI initiatives with clear ownership, governance and risks.
Hire, develop and lead a product operations team and define its operating model.
Collaborate with Finance, BU leaders, Security, Legal and Privacy to drive cost visibility.
