Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant and applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
• End-to-end delivery: taking customer- or employee-facing software from concept through launch, learning, and adoption.
• Technical breadth: strong full-stack across frontend, backend, API, data, and cloud technologies.
• Applied AI experience: hands-on building products with large language models, retrieval, tools, or similar AI patterns.
• Evaluation experience: automated testing and behavioral evaluation for probabilistic systems.
• Live-service ownership: telemetry, debugging, reliability, incident response and recovery.
• User-centered practice: working with users, designers, and product leaders to turn evidence into product decisions.
• Engineering craft: clear specifications, maintainable code, thoughtful reviews, and sound trade-offs.
• Travel up to 50% and hybrid office requirement.

Responsibilities

• Start with the user by working directly with users and domain experts to understand real workflows and identify value that AI can create.
• Test assumptions quickly by turning hypotheses into concise specifications, prototypes, and small releases.
• Own complete product slices across experience, services, data, AI behavior, and enterprise integrations.
• Shape AI behavior with design instructions, context, retrieval, and structured outputs.
• Build the evidence system with representative tasks and automated evaluations.
• Connect outcomes to behavior by instrumenting user journeys and measuring adoption, latency, and cost.
• Engineer for responsible use with clear permission boundaries, data handling, and graceful degradation.
• Own production quality through incremental releases, monitoring, incidents, and improvements.
• Make practical trade-offs balancing experience, quality, speed, and cost.
• Contribute reusable patterns and evaluation assets to the broader platform.
