Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• End-to-end delivery: taking software from concept to launch and adoption.
• Technical breadth: full-stack capability across frontend, backend, API, data, and cloud.
• Applied AI experience: building products with large language models, retrieval, tools.
• Evaluation experience: automated testing and behavioral evaluation for probabilistic systems.
• Live-service ownership: telemetry, debugging, reliability, incident response and recovery.
• User-centered practice: working with users, designers, and product leaders.
• Engineering craft: clear specs, maintainable code, thoughtful reviews, solid trade-offs.
• Travel and on-site requirements: up to 50% travel with hybrid office flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Start with the user; work with users and domain experts to understand workflows.
• Test assumptions quickly with concise specifications and small releases.
• Own complete product slices across experience, services, data, AI behavior, and integrations.
• Shape AI behavior with instructions, context, retrieval, and structured outputs.
• Build the evidence system with representative tasks and automated evaluations.
• Instrument user journeys to connect adoption to system behavior and cost.
• Engineer for responsible use with clear permissions and data handling.
• Maintain production quality: release incrementally and monitor live behavior.
• Balance experience, quality, speed, reliability, and cost in decisions.
• Share reusable components and evaluation assets across the platform.
