EY is seeking an experienced AI-focused full-stack engineer to turn AI capabilities into durable products. You’ll work end-to-end, from user conversations to prototypes to secure services, balancing speed with accessibility and maintainability.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• End-to-end delivery: taking software from concept through launch, learning, and adoption.
• Technical breadth across frontend, backend, API, data, and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience building products with large language models, retrieval, or AI tools.
• Experience with automated testing and behavioral evaluation for systems with probabilistic outputs.
• Live-service ownership including telemetry, debugging, incident response, and recovery.
• User-centered practice with collaboration with users, designers, and product leaders.

Aufgaben

• Start with the user by working with users and domain experts to understand workflows.
• Test assumptions quickly by turning hypotheses into small releases with evidence.
• Own complete product slices across experience, services, data, AI behavior, and integrations.
• Shape AI behavior with design instructions, context, retrieval, and structured outputs.
• Build the evidence system with representative tasks and automated evaluations.
• Connect outcomes to behavior by instrumenting user journeys to relate adoption to system metrics.
• Engineer for responsible use with clear permissions, secure data handling, and graceful degradation.
• Own production quality by releasing incrementally and monitoring live behavior.
• Make practical trade-offs balancing experience, quality, speed, reliability, and cost.
• Contribute reusable patterns by sharing components and evaluation assets.
