Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in process improvement or modernization initiatives.
• Experience leading large-scale modernization with emerging technologies (AI/ML, RPA, BPM).
• Strong understanding of dispute/financial operations and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to influence across business and technology organizations without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with PEGA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of technology solutions across the Disputes organization.
• Translate objectives into roadmaps, requirements, milestones, and KPIs.
• Serve as business architect ensuring scalable, compliant solutions.
• Drive automation and digitization of dispute processes.
• Act as liaison between operations and technology teams to ensure delivery.
• Perform UAT and platform rollouts; provide guidance to stakeholders.
