Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in data science, analytics or ML.
• End-to-end analytical or AI solutions delivered in cross-functional environments.
• Strong Python/SQL, statistics, ML, experimentation and data visualization; cloud platforms and MLOps valued.
• Ability to work with large, imperfect data sets and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Professional fluency in English; finance or risk experience is a plus.

• Frame high-value business problems and define data science approaches, success criteria and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Build, validate and deploy predictive, optimization and ML models; contribute to Generative AI and agent-based use cases.
• Translate data insights into clear recommendations and decision-ready narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Data for AI, AI Tech, Risk, Compliance and Operations to deliver scalable solutions.
• Establish model documentation, monitoring and governance, ensuring responsible AI and compliance.
• Support portfolio prioritization by assessing feasibility, data readiness and adoption needs; promote uptake via training.
