Job summary

You'll apply AX Design principles, deliver client-ready recommendations, and contribute to the Reinvention Services' knowledge base while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools.
• Minimum 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design.
• Minimum 1 year of experience delivering project work in a consulting environment or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for assigned industry or function.
• Design future-state process specifications for AI integration and operating model changes.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital solutions.
• Build analytical frameworks using AI-assisted visualization and analysis tools.
• Conduct benchmarking analysis with AI-accelerated tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI tools.
• Apply domain knowledge to review reinvention designs and playbooks.
• Contribute to reference library and continuous learning.
