Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years if no degree).
• 3+ years in process excellence, redesign, or consulting.
• 1+ year with AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools.
• 1+ year integrating AI in business process design.
• 1+ year delivering project work in a consulting environment or relevant domain.

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for assigned industry or function.
• Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration and operating model changes.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions.
• Build analytical frameworks using AI-assisted visualization and analysis tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis tools.
