Job summary

Accenture seeks a data-driven professional to advance process excellence through AI-enabled analytics and design. You will assess trends, benchmark against peers, and craft future-state processes that integrate AI into operating models across industries.

You’ll deliver change-impact assessments, collaborate with clients, and help build domain-specific reinvention playbooks, continuously learning to apply AX Design principles in each project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools.
• Minimum 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design.
• Minimum 1 year of experience delivering project work in consulting environment or relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for assigned industry or function.
• Design future-state process specifications for AI integration and operating model changes.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions.
• Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI tools.
• Conduct benchmarking analyses with AI-accelerated tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI tools.
• Apply industry knowledge to review reinvention designs and playbooks.
• Contribute to reference library and continuous learning.
• Specify AI agent behavior and handoffs within redesigned processes.
