You are expected to produce insightful analyses, design AI integration points, and guide organizational change while leveraging AX Design principles.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools.
Minimum 1 year integrating AI and automating business process design.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

Produce trend and forces assessments for your assigned industry or function, including benchmarking analyses.
Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration points and operating model changes.
Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions.
Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI-assisted visualization and analysis tools.
Conduct benchmarking analysis with AI-accelerated industry and peer comparison tools.
Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis tools.
Review and improve domain-specific reinvention designs and content with industry knowledge.
Contribute to reference library and continuous learning within your domain.
