Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in process quality engineering, incl. leadership roles.
• Experience with electronic and mechanical systems and manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Align process engineering initiatives with departmental OKRs and business goals.
• Lead design and implementation of strategic process changes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Evaluate current workflows to generate cross-functional recommendations for field and central management.
• Maintain engineering processes, internal audits, and process validations.
• Leverage AI tools and data analytics to optimize Lean manufacturing projects.
