Examinetics is seeking a Process Innovation Consultant to partner with a Business Process Owner. The role blends hands-on analysis, rapid prototyping, and iterative design to reduce cycle time and errors while removing manual steps.

You will build prototypes with AI-assisted tools, test against real data, and refine until the solution fits actual work flow. The position emphasizes speed to learning over engineering polish and requires strong consulting instincts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in management or business-process consulting is required (Big 4 preferred).
• Demonstrated process analysis and systems-thinking capability.
• Speed to insight over engineering craft is valued.

Responsibilities

• Work inside the BPO operation to learn end-to-end processes and identify friction.
• Map current-state processes, quantify cycle times, volumes, and errors.
• Design future-state flows and prototype with AI-assisted development tools.
• Test prototypes with real data and iterate with daily feedback cycles.
• Package validated prototypes for production build-out and go-live.
