Job summary

OnHires is seeking a Business Analyst / Process Analyst to understand how the business operates today and redesign processes for efficiency and automation. You will work with process owners and technical teams to map, structure, and improve end-to-end workflows, and leverage AI to accelerate analysis.

You will help create reusable process documentation, maintain a knowledge base, and validate that business logic is correctly implemented while continuously updating processes as the business

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis or Systems Analysis.
• Ability to break down complex processes end to end.
• Familiarity with AI to accelerate analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Map and understand end-to-end business processes from trigger to outcome.
• Design TO-BE processes with owners and iteratively refine them.
• Identify dependencies between systems and processes and document rules and edge cases.
• Collaborate with process owners and technical teams during development and testing.
• Measure impact of improvements: time savings, reduced manual work and costs.
