- Strong discovery and requirements skills to convert conversations into testable requirements quickly.
- Comfort in technical discussions: APIs, data flows, and asking the right questions.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery with stakeholders to map current-state workflows and desired outcomes.
- Translate business needs into delivery-ready artifacts: workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria.
- Refine requirements with engineers and product owners to keep execution unblocked.
- Support testing and validation with test scenarios and UAT coordination.
- Maintain traceability and data lineage for auditability.
