ServiceNow seeks a Senior Director, Pricing Operations Transformation to lead the operational execution of pricing proposals and new commercial models from approval through launch, aligning product setup, config, pricing, quoting, entitlements, and usage tracking systems.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, collaborating with Sales, Deal Desk, Customers and Commercial Operations, and guiding a cross-functional IT partner network in a fast-paced, remote-friendly

Qualifications

8+ years driving operationalization of pricing models and offers.
Experience with cross-functional process and system transformation.
Proven leadership of high-performing teams in pricing/ops.
Experience in SaaS pricing, billing and entitlements.

Responsibilities

Lead operational execution of pricing proposals/new commercial models from approval through implementation and launch
Translate new commercial models and offers into business requirements for product setup, config, pricing, quoting, entitlements and usage tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and IT partners to clarify and validate solutions
Enable commercials-related functions – Sales, Deal Desk, Customers and Commercial Operations
Develop and track a project plan for execution from strategy to delivery
Drive end-to-end governance and process operationalization
Identify opportunities to improve productivity for the commercial operations team
Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership with strategic and hands-on impact
