Job summary

Qualifications

• Pre-sales leadership experience in Big Data or Cloud.
• Customer-facing experience in UK&I Retail/CPG sectors.
• Experience developing GTM strategies.
• Experience with complex strategic accounts.
• Mentoring field/technical teams.
• Data-driven decisions and cloud software models.
• Ability to improve efficiency with processes.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard and scale the pre-sales Solutions Architect team.
• Rapidly scale the designated team without sacrificing quality.
• Lead by example using AI to improve day-to-day workflows.
• Build a collaborative culture within a rapid-growth team.
• Support an increase in consumption revenue through team involvement.
