Reporting to the Tech GM of Field Engineering for Financial Services, you will hire leaders, foster a customer‑obsessed culture, and coach teams to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• 3+ years second-line leadership managing 30+ individuals.
• 10+ years of overall leadership experience.
• Experience in high-growth enterprise software pre-sales.
• Proven ability to drive large transactions with high-growth customers.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage first-line Managers and a growing team of pre-sales Solutions Architects.
• Build a collaborative culture within a rapid-growth team.
• Create long-term trusted relationships with customers and influence account strategy.
• Promote a value-based selling field-engineering organization.
• Demonstrate understanding of business needs and revenue potential in assigned regions.
• Be a thought leader for Databricks and the Data & AI ecosystem.
• Partner with Sales to close revenue opportunities.
