Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of second-line leadership experience, managing teams of 30+ individuals and 10+ years of overall leadership experience.
• Proven success in high-growth enterprise software pre-sales with senior tenure at a reputable software or cloud provider.
• Ability to drive large transactions and grow high-growth customers with a team approach.
• Proven ability to develop and empower teams to achieve objectives.
• Drive operational rigor to support a high-growth business with clear cadence and issue resolution.
• Track record of delivering customer value and transformational outcomes.
• Experience building ecosystems of customer relationships and cross-functional partnerships (Sales, Engineering, Marketing).
• Experience positioning solutions in complex strategic accounts for durable value on the Databricks platform.
• Strong processes for field teams to improve efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related experience.
