Lyric, an enterprise AI platform for supply chains, seeks a Customer Support Consultant for a high-visibility 12-month rotation across Customer Success, Professional Services, and AI support. This role focuses on resolving Level 1/2 tickets, building platform fluency, and contributing to knowledge management and automation initiatives.

Remote from India with <10% travel, you will learn quickly, take ownership, and work with engineering, product, and content teams to deliver timely, clear resolutions and an excellent customer experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years in L1/L2 support or similar customer-facing tech roles.
• Ability to translate complex technical details into clear customer guidance.
• Strong ownership and proactive problem solving to drive resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Handle Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets.
• Build platform fluency and contribute to knowledge management.
• Identify repeatable issues and propose automation opportunities.
