• Must have 4+ years in strategy consulting or high-velocity strategy roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI roadmap for operations and translate floor-level issues into actionable specs.
• Run tight feedback loops between operators and engineers; defend roadmap with data.
• Own adoption: rollout, training, change management, and escalation paths.
• Measure throughput, accuracy, and compliance; report results weekly to leadership.
• Ensure end-to-end automation and monitoring of IDR-related workflows.
