Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery within a PMO framework aligned to strategy and governance.
• Manage a portfolio of AI-enabled projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Define business requirements with stakeholders and ensure successful delivery.
• Drive PMO standards, intake, prioritization, and status reporting.
• Provide leadership updates via executive dashboards and portfolio reports.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and working sessions.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for project execution.
• Evaluate software/AI platforms for business alignment and architecture.
• Analyze and optimize business processes for efficiency and automation.
• Drive technology adoption through change management and training.
• Capture, document, validate requirements via workshops and interviews.
• Communicate end-user updates during and after implementations.
• Monitor user adoption and propose enhancements for usability.
• Serve as liaison between IT, business, and leadership across project phases.
• Document project artifacts, risks, decisions, and lessons learned.
