Job summary

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati seeks an experienced Project Manager to bridge IT and business teams in a PMO-driven environment. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled projects, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain detailed plans to ensure strategic outcomes.

You will drive governance, prioritize demand, and provide clear executive reporting while enabling scalable, efficient project delivery across the firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT project management, business analysis, or related roles.
• Experience contributing to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives preferred.
• Smartsheet Product and Solution Certification strongly preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects within a PMO-driven framework aligned to strategy.
• Manage a portfolio of AI-enabled initiatives, automation and digital innovation.
• Develop, maintain, and execute project plans including scope, schedule, budget, risks.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements.
• Drive PMO standards, intake, stage gates, and status reporting.
• Provide updates to leadership through executive dashboards and portfolio reporting.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and working sessions for alignment.
