Job summary

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, detailed planning, executive dashboards, stakeholder alignment, and successful vendor coordination to drive efficiency and business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT project management, business analysis, or related roles.
• Experience contributing to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives preferred.
• Smartsheet certification strongly preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects within a PMO-driven framework, ensuring alignment with strategy and governance.
• Manage a portfolio of AI-enabled initiatives, automation, and digital innovation.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Drive PMO standards, governance, intake, prioritization, stage gates, and reporting.
• Provide executive updates via dashboards, presentations, and portfolio reporting.
