Job summary

Rithum seeks a Senior Product Manager to own strategy and roadmap for a key commerce platform area. You will lead AI-driven initiatives, synthesize client feedback, and align engineering and business teams toward fast, high-quality delivery.

You will work across cross-functional teams, prototype AI-enabled workflows, and drive end-to-end execution from concept to launch, ensuring client value and robust product documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management in SAAS for enterprise platforms.
• Experience on AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data & insights platforms.
• Full product development lifecycle: goals, measurement, impact.
• Experience unifying multiple platforms in complex ecosystems.
• Experience using AI to synthesize qualitative research.
• Prototyping product concepts/workflows using AI tools.
• AI-assisted documentation for PRDs, notes, and release docs.
• Comfort with collaborating across teams and aligning goals.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive long-term vision for the product, leveraging AI-first approaches.
• Synthesize client input (interviews, tickets, surveys) with AI to identify themes and priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to improve processes and align client needs.
• Own roadmap prioritization and trade-offs with AI-informed insights.
• Prototype concepts/workflows with AI to validate ideas before engineering.
• Lead end-to-end development from concept to launch with QA and adoption.
• Use AI to accelerate product documentation and release notes with strong editorial quality.
• Track progress, report status to stakeholders, and support release cycles.
• Advocate for clients, triage requests, and build trusted relationships across teams.
• Influence stakeholders to deliver fast with high validation and QA standards.
• Collaborate across organization to gain alignment on strategy and goals.
• Leverage AI data exploration to support evidence-based decisions.
