Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics (APA) within Biopharma Solutions. You will lead the evolution of our premier financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform, designed to optimize specialty practice profitability and drug purchasing.

You will champion an AI-first approach, develop advanced scenario modelling tools, and collaborate across product lines to deliver an integrated commercial business suite for oncology, urology, rheumatology,

Qualifications

4-8 years of software product management experience.
Experience shipping data-heavy analytics, financial technology, or B2B SaaS products.
Strong understanding of specialty practice economics and ASP/reimbursement dynamics.
Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous product discovery.
Excellent communication and influence to align engineering, sales, marketing and executives.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
Healthcare data fluency with clinical, transactional or contract datasets (e.g., 837/835).
AI/ML and data science literacy; experience with NLP or ML workflows is a plus.
Specialty therapeutic area exposure (e.g., oncology, urology, rheumatology, gastroenterology) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap: Drive vision and execution for an AI-first financial analytics platform.
Optimize Practice Economics & Revenue Cycle Management: Define features for predictive margin tracking and revenue leakage prevention.
Drive Platform & Dataset Synergies: Bridge clinical and financial data across product lines for an integrated suite.
Execute with Product Excellence: Own end-to-end lifecycle; write user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog.
Amplify the Voice of the Customer (VOC): Collaborate with clinics and CABs to validate prototypes and achieve rapid product-market fit.
