Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Manager, Platform Solutions Delivery to drive planning and execution of platform solutions for clients. You will oversee AI adoption and a mature DevOps process while guiding engineering teams and coordinating with product management and stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and excellent communication. This is a hybrid/remote position with opportunities to influence multiple business units and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, communications or related field.
• 6+ years IT project management experience; PMP is a plus.
• Experience leading diverse teams and coaching across orgs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to update stakeholders regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Engineering Project Leads.
• Oversee intake of new requests and assess product and client needs.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, internal IT teams and departments to align requirements.
• Apply Agile/DevOps practices to improve processes and drive AI adoption.
