Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications, or related field.
• 6+ years of related Information Technology project management experience.
• PMI Project Management Professional certification is a plus.
• Experience as a people manager.
• Experience with project management tools for tracking and scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork in high-velocity environment with limited resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Engineering Project Leads, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Oversee the intake of new requests from product management and other stakeholders, assess product and client needs and technical feasibility, and develop prioritization processes with Product Owners.
• Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budget estimations.
• Collaborate with clients, internal IT teams, and other departments to gather requirements, communicate project plans, and ensure alignment.
• Leverage Agile and DevOps practices to improve project management processes and explore opportunities for AI adoption and efficiency.
