Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Manager, Platform Solutions Delivery to drive strategic planning and execution of platform solutions for clients. You will guide teams, manage project intake and feasibility, and align projects with business objectives.

You will lead Engineering Project Leads, collaborate with product management and IT, and apply Agile and DevOps practices to optimize delivery and enable AI adoption. Hybrid or remote work options may apply depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications, or related field; 6+ years of related IT project management experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• PM methodology knowledge (e.g., Agile); PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and leading change across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Engineering Project Leads and collaborate with product management and internal IT teams.
• Oversee intake of new requests; assess product and client needs and feasibility; prioritize with Product Owners.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and communicate plans.
• Apply Agile and DevOps practices to improve processes and drive AI adoption.
