The role leads Engineering Project Leaders, works with product management and internal teams to define scope, timelines, and resources, and ensures alignment with client needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Communications or related field.
• 6+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies; PMP is a plus.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and lead diverse teams.
• Experience using project tracking and resource scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Engineering Project Leads to high performance.
• Oversee intake of new requests and assess product and client needs.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align requirements.
• Apply Agile and DevOps practices to improve processes and drive AI adoption.
