Extend is hiring a People Transformation Specialist to redesign and scale People processes using AI, delivering data-driven insights and governance. The role partners with HRBPs, Recruiting, and People Operations to optimize onboarding, performance, compensation, and offboarding while advancing Extend's AI strategy company-wide.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR transformation, people analytics, or a related operational/analytical role.
• Experience optimizing operational processes.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Glean, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and Gemini to improve workflows and adoption.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Excel/Sheets, Tableau, Power BI) and a focus on data accuracy and privacy.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Leverage AI to optimize People processes end-to-end and drive adoption.
• Develop People insights with dashboards and board/leadership-ready reports for real-time workforce visibility.
