Job summary

Genpact seeks an HR Advisory Leader to partner with CHROs and business leaders to design, optimize, and transform HR functions using data, AI, and best practices. You’ll drive HR transformation programs across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, shaping future-state operating models and governance frameworks while leveraging Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, and AI-enabled platforms.

• Strategic HR advisory experience with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Experience designing HR operating models and leading enterprise HR transformation.
• Global HR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CHROs and HR leaders to define HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end HR transformation across Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
• Define governance, operating models, and process ownership.
• Advise on HR technology strategy including leading platforms.
• Build advisory capabilities and mentor teams.
