Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Principal to scale AI transformation across finance, legal, marketing, customer success, and People & Places. You will champion production-grade AI-enabled workflows, partner with AI Champions, and apply enterprise blueprints to high-friction processes.

Qualifications

12+ years designing, building, or operating production AI/ML systems or enterprise workflows.
Experience driving change inside organizations at scale.
Proven track record taking AI-powered workflows to production adoption.
Ability to influence VP-level stakeholders on strategy and investments.

Responsibilities

Drive blueprint-led redesign with AI Champions across non-engineering functions.
Ensure redesigns follow approved workflow logic, governance, and metrics.
Design stickiness: baseline, pre/post-state instrumentation, adoption as a constraint.
Lead hand-offs where the redesigned workflow becomes the default production model.
Identify and report friction to platform/architecture teams with actionable signals.
Align workforce evolution with redesigned workflows and HR leadership.
Maintain a portfolio view of redesigns with baselines, value, and risks.
