Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Principal to scale its AI Transformation Org across Finance, Legal, Marketing, Customer Success and People & Places.

You will drive blueprint-led redesigns, coach champions, and ensure production-ready workflows that become the default across the function. You will partner with Enterprise Solution Architects, HR Craft Leaders, and senior leaders, setting baselines, governance, and adoption metrics.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience designing, building, or operating production AI/ML systems, agentic workflows, or enterprise workflow platforms.
At least 3 years driving change inside other people’s organizations.
Demonstrated track record of taking AI-powered workflows from prototype into in-production adoption at enterprise scale.
Experience influencing VP-level and above stakeholders on workflow strategy and investment decisions.

Responsibilities

Drive blueprint-led redesign with AI Champions across non-engineering functions. Apply approved blueprint patterns to the workflows we prioritize.
Coach Champions through configuration, integration, evaluation, and rollout in their real work.
Hold the line on blueprint standards across redesigns, governance guardrails, and measurement contracts.
Design redesigns to stick by setting baselines and aligning HR-related expectations.
Drive blueprint adoption, not workflow possession, with production-first mindset.
Surface friction to platform teams and feed signals to architecture groups.
