Qualifications

• Deep domain expertise in Core HCM configuration in Workday.
• 5+ years in HR systems/People Technology with strong Workday depth.
• Experience using AI tools in daily analyst work with concrete examples.
• Curiosity about adjacent HR systems and integrations.
• Ability to present to and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand Intuit's people strategy to build Core HR solutions.
• Design innovative Core HR solutions using a Data by Design mindset.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather iterative feedback and continuously improve design and functionality.
• Work with product managers and engineers to ensure a cohesive experience across People Technology solutions.
• Proactively identify where AI and automation can streamline Core HR processes, testing, data validation, and documentation.
• Evaluate and adopt AI tools to increase speed and quality across the team.
• Connect Core HR decisions to the broader People Technology ecosystem.
• Hands-on configuration of Workday Core HCM solutions.
• Stay current with trends in Workday, Core HR, and AI.
