Job summary

Intuit is expanding its AI Transformation Org to scale AI-driven workflows across Finance, Legal, Marketing, Customer Success, and People & Places. We seek a Principal who can deploy enterprise blueprints, drive measurable adoption, and partner with AI Champions to redesign critical processes.

You will align HR, architecture, and senior leaders to ensure steady baselines, transferable value, and long-term capability growth after the central team steps back.

Qualifications

• 12+ years designing, building, or operating production AI/ML systems or enterprise workflows.
• Experience driving change inside organizations and aligning stakeholders at VP level and above.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive blueprint-led redesign with AI Champions across non-engineering functions.
• Maintain blueprint standards and governance across redesigned workflows.
• Design stickier redesigns by baseline setting, instrumentation, and HR alignment.
• Lead adoption, ensuring the organization owns the redesigned workflow after rollout.
• Surface platform friction to improve architecture and governance.
