Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners, a leader in technology-enabled revenue cycle management, is seeking a Patient Access & Pre-Access Supervisor in the United States. The role focuses on organizing staff, ensuring efficient registration workflows, and driving high-quality patient service.

You will coach staff, monitor productivity, and manage schedules, while advancing AI-enabled improvements across revenue cycle operations. Prior supervisory and healthcare knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in a healthcare or business environment.
• Knowledge of patient access, registration, and hospital billing workflows.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all registration duties and supervise direct/indirect staff.
• Monitor productivity, provide coaching, and manage schedules to minimize overtime.
• Deliver reporting on key metrics and support process improvements.
• Lead staff orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
• Advise on AI-enabled enhancements and drive technology-backed efficiency.
