Amazon is seeking a highly motivated Partner Sales Manager in Chicago to drive partner-delivered revenue across an industry-aligned territory. You will manage pipeline, execute co-sell motions, and build trusted relationships with partners and customers to accelerate deals and measurable revenue growth.

Leverage AWS Marketplace, cloud migration expertise, and AI capabilities to position partner solutions for customer outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience.
Experience in direct field selling software or cloud solutions.
Experience co-selling with partners through account management, product alignment, or business development engagements.

Responsibilities

Achieve revenue targets by driving partner-originated and partner-assisted opportunities across an industry-aligned territory.
Execute co-sell motions with GSI/SI and ISV partners to build trust and articulate capabilities.
Support migration business value by partnering with GSI/SI firms on cloud migration solutions and engaging stakeholders to drive deal progression.
Cultivate strategic relationships to unlock new lines of business within customer accounts and drive net-new pipeline creation.
Shape deals with partners leveraging Marketplace addressing regulatory compliance, data modernization, security, and digital transformation.
