Job summary

BE Enterprise Holdings is seeking an Operations & Project Specialist to drive project initiatives across four operating companies and its real estate activities. You will lead cross-functional projects, analyze performance metrics, and implement process improvements using AI to automate workflows and extract insights from unstructured data.

You will collaborate with leadership, vendors, and teams to identify costly processes, redesign workflows, and pursue new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in startup/B2B professional services with PM or corporate development.
• Hands-on AI tool development experience (not just casual use).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects that strengthen operational capabilities and support growth across the operating companies.
• Analyze business performance metrics and provide insights that support data-driven decisions.
• Develop and carry out initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
• Use AI daily to automate workflows, develop internal tools, and extract insights from unstructured data.
• Work with company leadership to identify costly processes and lead their redesign.
• Research and evaluate business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to keep projects aligned.
• Support operational and administrative work related to BE's real estate investments as needed.
• Take part in routine work as needed, including lead generation, client outreach, data analysis, reporting, test marketing, and vendor coordination.
