Business Transformation & Technology · Reports to Executive Leadership
Lead practical AI adoption, workflow automation, and business intelligence across BE Enterprise Holdings and its portfolio.
BE Enterprise Holdings is a diversified holding company with interests spanning four operating businesses and real estate investments. The company builds sustainable enterprises through strategic management, technology adoption, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.
The Director of AI Strategy leads the adoption and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions across the portfolio, translating emerging technologies into practical applications that improve productivity, strengthen decision-making, reduce operational costs, and support growth.
Working directly with executive leadership, this role evaluates existing processes, identifies opportunities for AI integration, and oversees the deployment of scalable AI-powered tools and systems. This is a business-focused technology leadership position, not a software engineering or AI research role.

- Develop AI-assisted analytical workflows, executive dashboards, and reporting processes that help leadership examine business performance and operational trends.
- Consolidate information from approved business data sources and evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and reliability before operational use.

- Support AI-powered CRM, marketing, and administrative workflows; track results and report measurable improvements.
- Evaluate tools for property-related document organization, administrative reporting, maintenance tracking, vendor communications, and property information management.
- Research tools for real estate market analysis and investment research, improve access to portfolio information, and ensure investment recommendations and financial decisions remain subject to appropriate human review.
- Establish responsible AI-use guidelines and evaluate confidentiality, data security, and vendor risks.
