Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, program or project management, analytics, workforce analytics, or FP&A.
• Experience defining initiatives with milestones and coordinating across teams.
• Strong analytical skills with data organization, validation, and trend identification.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience applying AI tools to analysis, reporting, or workflow improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
