Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking an Operations Research Analyst in Chicago, IL to lead AI-driven analytical solutions merging ML, statistics and optimization to tackle client and business challenges. You will design advanced analyses and predictive models to quantify opportunities and support decisions.

The role requires translating complex findings into executive-level recommendations through data storytelling, visualization, and cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering and leadership

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Delivery Manager, Senior Associate, Data Analyst, Lead Data Scientist, Software Developer, Computer Systems Analyst, or Computer Programmer roles.
• Experience with Python, SQL, R, Tableau, Power BI, MLOps, and Snowflake.
• Travel to client sites may be required.

Responsibilities

Lead development of AI-driven analytical solutions by combining agentic systems, machine learning, statistical modeling, and optimization techniques to solve complex customer, operational, and business challenges. Design and execute advanced business analyses, predictive models, experimentation frameworks, and financial impact assessments to quantify opportunities, measure outcomes, and support strategic decision-making. Translate complex analytical findings into executive-level recommendations through data storytelling, visualization, and cross-functional collaboration with business, product, engineering, and leadership teams

Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters or equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Computer Science, CIS, or related field. 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation of Delivery Manager, Senior Associate, Data Analyst, Lead Data Scientist, Software Developer, Computer Systems Analyst, Computer Programmer. Experience must entail work with Python, SQL, R, Tableau, Power BI, MLOps, and Snowflake. Travel to client sites may be required.
