Job summary

Winston Taylor seeks a Senior Manager, Operations Strategy to support the COO with data-driven decisions across finance, talent, operations, and technology. You will develop frameworks, dashboards, and executive-ready analyses to guide strategic priorities in a fast-paced, multi-office environment.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and clear executive communication. Commutable to the Chicago office; 3–4 days onsite per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, operations, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, FP&A, strategic finance, or comparable analytical roles required.
• Must live within a commutable distance to the firm office with the ability to come into the office 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the COO and senior leadership on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform executive decision-making.
• Develop business cases, options analyses, scenario models, and recommendations for complex organizational issues.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, concise, executive-level presentations and recommendations.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership meetings, steering committees, and other governance forums.
