Job summary

Doodle Labs LLC in Austin, TX, seeks an Operations Manager to drive cross-functional programs and implement scalable processes as the company scales. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership to improve efficiency and performance.

You’ll help identify where AI can improve team workflows, support adoption of new tools, and assist with automated supply chain initiatives. This role reports to the Co-CEO and involves occasional travel to Singapore.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in operations, process improvement, project coordination, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support identification and implementation of AI tools and automation across teams.
• Assist with standardizing software stacks and platforms across teams.
• Maintain operating rhythm with weekly leadership updates.
• Execute on supply chain optimization projects for hardware shipping schedules.
• Assist with design and implementation of new processes with Engineering and Operations teams.
• Collaborate across departments on cross-functional projects.
• Help deliver programs that improve how Doodle Labs operates.
