This role acts as a force multiplier, leveraging AI to automate workflows, create leverage, and improve organizational performance. You will sit at the center of the company, driving cross-functional execution and scalable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, strategy, startup operations, Chief of Staff, or high-growth SaaS environments.
• Experience supporting executives or founders in fast-moving, high-velocity settings.
• Strong operational leadership and project ownership with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional operational execution across the business.
• Design and implement AI workflows and internal tooling to boost productivity.
• Oversee payroll coordination and finance workflows; manage vendor relations.
• Coordinate field marketing initiatives and GTM activities to support growth.
• Act as a close extension of the CEO and drive strategic follow-through.
