Job summary

Tiendamia is seeking an Operations Analyst to help transition to a data-driven operating model. You will analyze processes end-to-end, identify automation opportunities, and build AI-powered workflows that reduce manual work.

You will work with SQL-heavy data, design KPIs, and collaborate with the tech team to integrate automations into production systems while communicating in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in operations, e-commerce, logistics, or a data-adjacent role.
• Strong SQL skills: joins, aggregations, time windows on large datasets.
• Practical AI experience—real automations built with LLMs or AI tools.
• Database fundamentals: relational model, schema design, query performance.
• Engineering or quantitative background preferred (CS, Industrial Eng., Systems Eng).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Map operational processes and identify automation opportunities across order management, procurement, logistics, and CX.
• Build and maintain automated workflows using AI tools and integrations.
• Query operational databases to produce analysis that drives decisions, not just reports.
• Design and monitor KPIs for each operational phase; build alerts before problems arise.
• Collaborate with the tech team to embed automations into production systems.
