Hedge Impact headhunting seeks an Operations & Impact Analyst (AI-Native) to sit at the center of a seven-person investment team in Palo Alto. You will own AI-enabled workflows, manage operations data, and support executive administration while avoiding investment execution tasks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in operational execution (2–4 years).

Responsibilities

• Integrate AI into team workflows and ensure secure, compliant automation.
• Maintain pipeline and deal records; ensure platforms are trustworthy sources of record.
• Support portfolio tracking with updates, milestones and data for reporting.
• Process NDA and NRL activities with counterparties and track execution status.
• Coordinate executive calendars, travel, expenses, and team events.
• Support vendor and consultant relationships with internal accounting, legal, and stakeholders.
