Berry Street is building a new model for metabolic healthcare. We’re hiring a Strategic Operations Lead to report to the GM, US, and own the systems that scale our operation.

You’ll automate processes, ship internal tools, and drive data visibility to inform decisions across provider operations and patient experience. This role requires hands-on builders who ship and sustain improvements in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in fast-paced, scrappy environments: early-stage startups or BizOps/Strategy & Ops roles.
• Comfort with AI and new model tooling; able to evaluate and adopt.
• Proven ability to ship internal tools, integrations, and automations without an engineering queue.
• Track record of turning manual processes into reliable systems.

Responsabilités

• Take operational problems and automate them across provider operations and patient experience.
• Build, ship, and maintain end-to-end tools and workflows.
• Partner with leadership, Product, and Engineering to scale operations.
