You will work directly with the founder to shape architecture and core systems, delivering autonomous clinical agents and AI-driven workflows that transform obesity, diabetes, and related conditions.

The role emphasizes product thinking, ownership, and a full-stack focus. This is an on-site, founding-caliber engineering position based in New York City with equity and healthcare benefits.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years building production-grade systems at scale.
• Deep understanding of AI-driven architectures and autonomous systems.
• Strong product sense and ability to translate user needs into software.
• Proficiency across the stack with emphasis on platform/API design.
• Ownership: drive ideas from concept to shipped product.
• Balance speed with quality and safety in healthcare contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and ship AI-native systems from the ground up for clinical use.
• Build infrastructure to make AI reliable in clinical settings.
• Set technical direction to scale Berry Street from thousands to millions of users.
• Own features end-to-end across provider- and patient-facing surfaces.
• Improve code quality, tooling, and engineering practices.
• Work with patients and providers to translate needs into scalable systems.
