2 Hour Learning is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to drive on-site coordination and enforce timelines using AI-enabled planning. You will manage contractor relationships, track milestones, and accelerate execution across builds nationwide.

This full-time W2 role offers benefits and a $100,000 USD annual salary with weekly pay. Expect ~60% travel and on-site presence at least three days a week.

Qualifications

• Direct experience executing U.S. construction projects with on-site coordination.
• Experience owning a project timeline, tracking milestones, and recovering from delays.
• Proficiency with Procore, Asana, or MS Project for task and document tracking.
• Experience making construction trade-sequencing decisions that affect the schedule.
• Direct involvement in U.S. permitting workflows and interactions with authorities.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate planning, analysis, or documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work with contractors and stakeholders.
• Willingness to on-site at least three days per week and travel ~60%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site construction activities with contractors to ensure correct sequencing and schedule.
• Own and enforce project timelines, track milestones, and drive corrective action for delays.
• Use Procore, Asana, or MS Project to manage tasks and documentation across active builds.
• Support permitting workflows by tracking submissions and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate planning, documentation, and decision-making.
