nPlan is seeking a Senior Client Engineer to accelerate value delivery for major construction clients. You will engage clients, deploy our platform, and mentor teammates while collaborating with product and AI teams on prototyping and LLM features.

• Experience in planning, risk, PMO on major construction projects.
• Deep understanding of large construction schedules (P6) and analysis.
• Proven track record in delivering strategic projects.
• Passion for applying technology to improve construction.

Responsibilities

• Coach and engage key clients to maximize value from nPlan.
• Deploy products within client organisations and guide adoption of features.
• Collaborate with Commercial to drive engagement and retention.
• Work with Product and AI Engineers on prototyping and LLM features.
• Mentor junior client engineers and build strong domain knowledge.
